The hotel room was in excellent condition, and they even set up a congratulatory setting for my brother's graduation, which my husband noticed was a lovely touch. However, there was a slight unpleasant smell resembling bad breath, which was a downside.

My stay at the hotel was mostly great. The rooms were very comfortable and spacious, perfect for our needs. However, we had a small issue with the noise in one room which made me have to change rooms in the middle of the night, disrupting my sleep. The service staff were pleasant and helpful, the location was perfect next to the 101 highway, and the dining experience, although a bit pricey, was satisfying.

The service was top-notch, with the staff being kind, gracious, and always professional. The location was ideal, right next to the 101 and conveniently close to the San Francisco Airport. The dining experience was delightful, with a hearty breakfast available for a reasonable price. The facilities were great, offering everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

Despite promises of a smaller room with a discount, I ended up being charged the full amount for a room I never received. Unfortunately, there were no fresh towels, complimentary coffee or general cleaning during my stay. On the bright side, the hotel is spacious and big, offering ample room to move around.

However, the location was a bit far from the tourist attractions we wanted to visit, and the proximity to the highway made it a bit noisy at times.
